Happily residing in Minneapolis, MN, Jenna Freimuth likes to make coffee and beautiful things. With a BA in Studio Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Jenna has built a career illustrating and designing for clients and collaborating with other artists. Working from her home studio, she enjoys building surface design patterns, stitching abstract embroideries, and drawing to decorate and delight. Her visual language is an abundance of line and color, pattern and play, and her process ranges from working digitally in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate to classic pen, paper, and paint. When not crafting her next project, Jenna can be found playing board games with her husband, watching old episodes of The Office, or plotting Harry Potter World vacations.
Jenna is co-founder of The Wondermakers Collective with the fabulous textile artist Mindy Sue Meyers. They combine their aesthetics and stitch layered abstract textiles, pen-palling them back and forth between MN and MI. You can learn more about their project here.
Select Clients and Collaborations include American Crafts, Design House Greetings, Minnesota Children's Museum, Minted, Ann Bancroft Foundation, Weight Watchers International, and other stellar folks!
